Both the PMMail discussion list and the Wishlist in the PMMail Wiki are for
users. If users don't do anything, then there is no activity. There is plenty
of activity on the developer's list.

However, I'm beginning to think that the lack of discussion is because, from a
user perspective, there is nothing left to do before GA.
