You are right. I took it from the setup.cmd file because I really didn't know
any better. I don't see it in the help, either.
It's in the MPTS Configuration Guide. -f flushes the routing tables of all network and subnet route entries, while -h flushes all host routing table entries. Essentially, if you do -fh you don't then need to do a separate -f (again), as you've already cleared all entries.
