As a consultant out in the trenches, it's good to get some field reports about how others go about doing site surveys (for what they're worth!), bridging/roaming techniques, and even the usefulness (or lack thereof; still not convinced) of ad-hock mode. Also, it's amazing to read how far short the current 802.11 specs come infosar as covering ad-hock, bridging, roaming, etc. He also devotes four chapters to security, which I haven't reached as yet.
