But, at this point, I have a tower that is seldom used for other than receiving FAXs, scanning things, and such any more. My TPad A30p has almost everything I need except that I cannot attach my HP SCSI-attached scanner to it. I specifically opted for the A3x series because it is/was the only model that would allow simultaneous CD and diskette. I rarely use the diskette any more, writing a CD-R/RW is acceptable and even desirable since there is no longer a capacity concern. But, there are still times when there is just no substitute for the convenience of a diskette. I only wish there were upgradable components [e.g., the integrated 802.11b] that might make it last longer. Cheers...
