If you turn your AP off, and set your card without any SSID, does it pick up another? You might be getting "stepped on." Try changing the channel at the AP and/or power cycling it. Make sure encryption is turned off for this bit of troubleshooting, too. Looks like the card is initialized and working (make sure you can ping the loopback, just to check the stack). Also: did you specify a MAC address in PROTOCOL.INI? You should do this.
