The emulation layer for Linux is entirely different--
than what an equivalent for OS/2 should be. windows
NIC device drivers are NDIS 5.0 compliant. OS/2
sticks to NDIS 2.01. So it would just be a matter of
catching the new "API calls" and translating them in
2.01. Linux on the other hand does NOT have NDIS at
all! Anyway, I know that the company is something
like Scitechsoft Inc., and they do offer official
support for the Centrino driver with use of their
Linux project.
Though I haven't tested myself, I guess the product is
quite awsome. I do plan to test the driver later next
month for Gigabit testing purposes.
Hope that's answer to your question.
Regards, JB/2.
