Firstly the previously existing configuration: The "hub" is a four-port fast Ethernet switch to which are connected: 1 a D-Link wireless access point [DWL1000AP], 2 a print server with two printers attached, 3 computer A located in another room and running Win2000, Warp 4 with FP14 and Linux, 4 computer B [currently out of action]. In the same room as computer A is computer C running Win2000 only, with a wireless USB adaptor [D-Link DWL120], which communicates with the DWL1000AP. After much sweat and tears, I have managed to get the network running, with computers A & C able to drive the printers and talk to each other, with either Win or OS/2 running on computer A. Recently, to try to eliminate the wire link from A to the Ethernet switch, I bought a D-Link DWL-810+ Ethernet-wireless bridge, in the belief that it was OS independent. I have managed to configure the bridge and get it working with Win2000 running on A. However when I switch to OS/2, I cannot access the network from A and C no longer sees A. Has anyone on this list had experience with the DWL-810 & OS/2? If so, I would greatly appreciate some help. If I need to provide more info on my OS/2 network configuration, please let me know. I did not want to overload this request with unnecessary detail. Many thanks for your patience in reading this [if you have!!!]. Jim. -- Jim Cleary, 9 Dodds Street, Redhead, N. S. W. 2290, AUSTRALIA.
