Subject: New mailing list for ThinkPad T60 & T61 eCS users
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

I have a new mailing list set up on the server specifically to discuss
issues related to installing and running eCS on the newer ThinkPads,
namely, the T60 and T61 series. To subscribe, simply visit the list
archives at http://tinyurl.com/6ych7l and click one the "Subscribe"
links at the bottom of the page (N.B.: you will need to be able to
access port 8100 to reach the archives) or send an email directly to
ecs-t6x-feed at 2rosenthals dot com and respond to the confirmation email.

No spam, no ads.

Current discussions include ACPI, UniAUD, and Panorama vs SNAP.

One of the goals of the list is to pool our knowledge and testing to
provide better trouble tickets for the developers of ACPI, UniAUD, etc.,
so that they may be able to more quickly reach a point of full support
for these new machines (and we are definitely making progress).

PS - If any of you have an idea for a mailing list you'd like to see,
please let me know. I'm happy to consider hosting it.

Cheers.
