To be fair, uacme.sh, as I read it, is intended as a simple sample. Also,
it's only part of the solution. On *ix, the preferred solutions seem to
be certbot and dehydrated.

indicates a number of other options. These all contain features for
working with multiple domains, scheduling updates and such.
