Hi all,
doing further checks, i've added more logs to my rexx fault-daemon.
I've discovered that a percentage of cases of the fault-daemon giving setboot /b
is due to a strange issue (maybe the age..) of the default eCS nslookup command
(the one under \mptn\bin ..).
In same cases it give out RC = 1 even if the DNS is answering and working correctly,
so now i've updated my rexx to use the BIND 9.11.37 nslookup for the checks.
I guess this surely will improve the situation and result in less reboots.
